CESPYD awarded the Innovative Initiatives and Practices in Social Intervention Psychology

We are thrilled to share that CESPYD has been recognized with the Innovative Initiatives and Practices in Social Intervention Psychology Award as part of the III ‘Decano Fernando García Sanz’ Awards for Excellence in Social Intervention Psychology, organized by the Andalusian College of Psychology (COPAO).

The award ceremony, presided over by José Tenorio Iglesias, Dean of COP Andalucía Occidental, took place in Seville on November 27th, 2024. This event celebrates groundbreaking contributions in Social Intervention Psychology, an essential discipline that enhances the lives of individuals, groups, and communities facing adversity.

CESPYD was honored for its sustained commitment to high-quality research and community action projects since 2008. These projects have promoted health, well-being, and empowerment for vulnerable populations such as migrants, refugees, and the Roma community.
