Julia Jiménez-Ceballos recibe el Segundo Premio a la Mejor Publicación Científica de Psicología (2025)

The Faculty of Psychology of the University of Seville has awarded the Second Prize for Best Scientific Publication in Psychology with the participation of early-career researchers (2025) to Julia Jiménez-Ceballos, a member of CESPYD. The award decision was announced on December 5, 2025, following the evaluation of the twelve quarterly commendations granted throughout the year.

The prize recognizes a research study that examines, from a human rights–based approach, the social determinants influencing the mental health of migrant mothers of African origin in Spain. The article, entitled The Experience of Migrant Mothers of African Origin in Spain: A Human Rights-Based Approach to Mental Health, has been published in the international journal American Journal of Community Psychology.
