When the world moves: migration in the light of science

27 May, 2018

Last May 8th, our colleague Virginia Paloma was invited to participate in a debate session promoted by the journal IDescubre from Descubre Foundation in Andalusia. The objective was to debate about how scientific knowledge can contribute to overcome prejudice and to promote equity and coexistence.

Virginia Paloma shared dialogue together with other experts: Sebastian Rinken (Vicedirector of Instituto de Estudios Sociales Avanzados (IESA-CSIC) and former director of the Observatorio Permanente Andaluz de las Migraciones), Raquel Seijas (Journalism Professor at Universidad de Málaga and expert on migrations, minorities, social movements and media) and Teresa Cruz (Director of Descubre Foundation).
