CESPYD welcomes Manuel Badino from the School of Public Health of the National University of Córdoba (Argentina)

CESPYD welcomes Manuel Badino, researcher and professor at the School of Public Health of the National University of Córdoba (UNC, Argentina).

This stay, supported by the Asociación Universitaria Iberoamericana de Postgrado, will take place under the tutelage of Dr Rocío Garrido between September and November 2022. The objective of this visit is to approach CESPYD’s specific projects on migration and health, given the growing arrival of migrants in Argentina and the need to adapt social and health services to the new realities and challenges presented by diversity. Also, as a result of this stay, it is expected to find synergies between CESPYD and the School of Public Health of the UNC, to promote joint training in cultural competence for health and social health professionals.
